Financing, Treasury & Cash Flow
Capital Structure Optimization: Strategically manage the company's capital structure, balancing debt and equity financing to minimize cost of capital and maximize shareholder value while ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and growth initiatives.
Cash Flow Management: By implementing robust cash flow forecasting and management systems, the CFO will ensure optimal working capital levels, identify cash flow bottlenecks, and develop strategies to improve cash conversion cycles, maintaining financial stability and supporting business operations.
Treasury Operations and Risk Management: Oversee treasury functions, including cash positioning, investment of surplus funds, while also implementing risk management strategies to protect against interest rate fluctuations and currency volatility, ensuring financial resilience and stability.
